I authorise Paw-sitively Perfect Overnight & Weekend Care to seek veterinary treatment for my pet if they become ill, injured or require urgent medical attention while in their care.
Every reasonable attempt will be made to contact me first. If I cannot be reached, Paw-sitively Perfect will contact my nominated emergency contact. If neither myself nor my emergency contact can be reached and urgent treatment is required, I authorise Paw-sitively Perfect to act in my pet's best interests and seek veterinary care without delay.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for all veterinary fees, medications and associated costs incurred during my pet's treatment.
I confirm that my pet is not known to have a history of aggression towards people or other animals. I understand that if my pet displays aggressive or dangerous behaviour, Paw-sitively Perfect reserves the right to separate my pet from others, end the booking if necessary or arrange for my pet to be collected as soon as practicable.
While every reasonable care will be taken to ensure my pet's safety and wellbeing, I acknowledge that interactions with other dogs and normal day-to-day activities carry an inherent risk of illness or injury, and I release Paw-sitively Perfect Overnight & Weekend Care from liability except where loss or injury results from negligence.
🐾 Please note: As I provide care in a home environment with other small dogs and children present, all booking requests are reviewed individually to ensure they are a suitable fit for the group environment.
