We are looking for a Subject Supervisor to oversee subject quality and lead a team of Teacher Assistants, ensuring high-quality content delivery and effective student support.
-Supervise subject content, quality, and delivery
-Monitor instructors’ performance and ensure consistency
-Lead and manage a team of Teacher Assistants
-Oversee student interactions and ensure timely support
-Train TAs on communication and subject guidelines
-Track student feedback and learning performance
-Ensure proper follow-up on student issues
-Oversee student assessments and exams, including scheduling, coordination,
and follow-up
-Coordinate between instructors, TAs, and the academic team
-Report on subject performance and team progress
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Good understanding of the subject and curriculum
-Experience in education, training, or student support
-Ability to monitor performance and maintain quality
-Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under pressure
-Experience supervising both content and support teams
-Background in online education platforms
-Experience with performance tracking or CRM/LMS tools
