Role Description

The Retention Agent is responsible for managing client relationships, increasing deposit activity, and maximizing client lifetime value (LTV) within a Forex / CFD brokerage environment. This is a sales-driven role, focused on re-engaging clients, driving repeat deposits, and increasing trading volume.
Key Responsibilities

Client Retention & Revenue Growth
• Manage a portfolio of active, inactive, and potential clients
• Re-engage dormant clients and convert non-depositors into active traders
• Drive repeat deposits and increase overall trading activity
• Maximize client lifetime value through continuous engagement

Sales & Conversion
• Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups
• Promote trading opportunities, platform features, and company offers
• Upsell larger deposits and encourage higher trading volumes
• Handle objections and guide clients through the deposit and trading process

Client Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and consistency
• Understand client behavior, trading habits, and motivations
• Provide platform guidance and general market updates (non-advisory)
• Deliver a personalized and proactive client experience

Performance Monitoring
• Track KPIs: deposits (FTD & repeat), retention rate, reactivation rate, trading volume
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to increase engagement
• Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed client notes

Compliance & Conduct
• Ensure all communication aligns with financial regulations and company policies
• Avoid giving financial or investment advice unless licensed
• Follow KYC/AML awareness procedures and responsible communication standards

Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, CRM, and Affiliate teams
• Share insights on client behavior and campaign performance
• Support retention campaigns and promotions
Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Forex / CFD brokerage
• Proven experience in retention, sales, or client relationship management
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset
