4 Weeks (8 hours total):
Week 1 — Control & Foundations
We tighten grooves, timing, weight, and textures.
Focus on fixing habits and moving with intention.
Week 2 — Applying Texture & Dynamics
Using choreography to practice different execution.
We focus on how to apply grooves, textures, and dynamics inside choreography instead of just doing the steps.
You will be pushed to make choices in how movement hits, flows, and feels.
Week 3 — Performance & Execution
Now it has to hold up.
Rounds, group work, and full out training.
Focus on stamina, presence, and staying consistent under pressure while keeping execution clean.
