All payments are final. Due to the permanent nature of the service, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be issued once work has begun or been completed.
1. Service Overview
The Client voluntarily requests modification of their device and understands the nature and scope of the service. All modifications performed by Zero Light Metas are permanent and irreversible. Zero Light Metas is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any device manufacturer. The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero Light Metas from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use or misuse of the modified device.
2. Acknowledgment and Understanding
The Client understands and agrees that modification of the device may void manufacturer warranties and may affect device performance, reliability, or lifespan. The Client further acknowledges that future software or hardware compatibility may be affected and that cosmetic, structural, or internal changes may occur as a result of the modification. The Client understands that the device may experience damage, malfunction, or loss of functionality, and that certain features may be reduced, altered, or rendered inoperable. This may include, but is not limited to, reduced battery life, overheating, lagging, volume or audio changes, scratches, cosmetic imperfections, data loss or corruption, reduced resale value, and limitations on future repairs. Unexpected technical outcomes may also occur.
The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the modification and accepts full responsibility for the device following service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Light Metas, its owner, and its technicians shall not be liable for any device failure, malfunction, financial, personal, or business losses, loss of content, income, or opportunities, privacy or recording disputes, legal consequences related to device use, third-party claims, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service or the use of the modified device.
3. Warranty / Guarantee
Zero Light Metas provides all services on an as-is basis and does not offer any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding short-term or long-term performance, durability, compatibility, or functionality after modification unless the client has purchased the optional “Zero Light Insurance” prior to the service being performed. This applies equally to new, lightly used, or heavily used devices.
The Client understands and agrees that any manufacturer warranty, protection plan, or product claim must be handled directly with the original manufacturer or authorized service provider, including but not limited to Ray-Ban, Oakley, LensCrafters, or any other authorized retailer, distributor, or service center. Zero Light Metas is not responsible for processing, facilitating, or assisting with any manufacturer claims, coverage, or replacement requests.
