I try to understand the problem and solve it on my own before involving other people.

I research the subject, learn more about it and try to develop that skill myself.

I look for someone with more experience in that area and ask for their perspective.

I think about who, inside or outside my network, could complement what I am missing so that we can find a solution together.

1.When a problem comes up in your business and you do not know how to solve it, what is usually your first reaction?

An entrepreneur should be able to develop skills in almost every area of their business.

There are areas I do not master, but I prefer to learn them before depending on other people.

It is important to know our strengths and recognise where we need other people.

The best results happen when different people contribute with what they do best.

2.Which of these statements is closest to the way you think?

I would postpone the project until I felt more prepared.

I would try to learn enough, as quickly as possible, to move forward on my own.

I would look for a person or partner whose skills complement mine and with whom I could create value together.

3.Imagine you have a great idea, but you realise you lack essential knowledge in one area needed to move forward. What would you do?

Very little. Ultimately, most of it depends on me.

It could have helped at certain moments, but I do not consider it decisive.

Quite a lot. Access to the right people or knowledge could have saved me time and prevented mistakes.

Significantly. I believe the right network of experience, knowledge and contacts could have helped me achieve some of my goals much faster.

4.Thinking about the goals you have not yet achieved, to what extent do you feel that access to the right people could have accelerated your journey?

Uncomfortable. I prefer to show that I am in control of the business.

I try to solve it on my own first and only ask for help once I have exhausted the alternatives.

I am comfortable recognising that someone else may know more than I do.

I see it as a natural part of growth: identifying who can bring what I am missing.

5.How do you feel when you need to ask for help in an area you do not master?

I would want to develop that skill myself so that I depend less on that person.

I would divide responsibilities, but I would still want to remain closely involved in that area.

I would give that person the space to take ownership of the area where they are strongest.

I would look at how we can combine our strengths so that the outcome is better than what either of us could achieve individually.

6.You have a team member or partner who is particularly strong in an area where you struggle. How do you see that situation?

I focus on fixing the problem quickly and moving forward.

I analyse what happened so that I can avoid making the same mistake again.

I share the situation with people I trust so that I can hear different perspectives.

I try to understand what I can learn personally, what the business can learn, and who could help us turn the challenge into an opportunity.

7. When something goes wrong in your business, which response is closest to your natural reaction?

It is a normal consequence of building a business and part of the journey.

I would accept it for a period of time if the growth justified the effort.

I would look for ways to reorganise the business and create more balance.

I would see it as a sign that something needs to change, business success should not come at the expense of the development and freedom of the person behind it.

8.Your business is growing, but you constantly feel exhausted, overwhelmed and without time for other areas of your life. How would you interpret that situation?
