JOIN THE ZATS COMMERCIAL TEAM

ZATS is looking for confident, driven and commercially minded individuals to join our Commercial Team. You will acquire and manage customers, communicate ZATS’s value, convert prospects into users, and grow your customer base through exceptional service, engagement and referrals.

COMPENSATION
Starting Salary: N200,000/month + incentives
Location: Primarily Remote

PROBATION AND TRAINING
The role begins with a 3-month probation and training period, with a ₦30,000 monthly base pay, a target of 10 new ZATS users per month, and a 10% recurring growth incentive on subscriptions from customers acquired. Successful candidates retained after probation will receive a ₦200,000 monthly salary plus applicable incentives. We seek confident, communicative and commercially driven individuals who are comfortable with targets and capable of converting conversations into customers.

SECTION 6: Compensation & Probation

Candidates who successfully complete the probation and training period and are retained will receive a ₦200,000 monthly salary, alongside applicable incentives.
