FIRST, THE GROWN UP STUFF
To help keep our space safe, calm and fun for everyone:
• Socks are required for all adults and children in the play areas
• Outside shoes are not permitted
• Parents and guardians must actively supervise their children and remain on site
• Food and drinks must stay outside the play areas unless approved by our team
• Children must follow posted rules and staff instructions
• Play equipment is designed for crawlers through age five
• Adults may not use the children’s play equipment
• Bullying, unsafe behaviour and deliberate damage will not be tolerated
• Please keep children out of staff only and restricted areas

I understand that participating in activities at The Mini Bounce involves inherent risks. Activities may include inflatable play structures, jumping, bouncing, climbing, running, interacting with other children and moving between different play areas. These activities may result in bumps, bruises, falls, collisions or other injuries. Each play space and activity carries its own risks. I understand and voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of myself and the participating child or children.
I understand and accept the risks associated with participating at The Mini Bounce.

The Mini Bounce is a parent supervised playspace and is not a childcare facility. Parents and guardians are responsible for actively supervising their children at all times while on the premises, including when children move between play spaces. Our team is present to operate the facility and monitor general safety, but does not provide individual child supervision.
I understand that I am responsible for actively supervising my child or children at all times.

I agree that my child or children will follow all posted rules and instructions from The Mini Bounce team. For everyone’s safety, The Mini Bounce may direct participants between play areas, limit access to equipment or rooms, and ask anyone engaging in unsafe behaviour or not following the rules to leave the play area.
I agree to follow all safety rules and staff instructions.

HEALTHY LITTLES, HAPPY PLAY
For the health and safety of our guests, children should not visit The Mini Bounce if they are experiencing symptoms of illness, including: Fever, Vomiting, Diarrhea, A contagious illness or unexplained rash. If my child becomes unwell during a visit, I understand that I may be asked to remove them from the play area and leave the facility.
I confirm that my child or children are well enough to participate today.

FOOD AND ALLERGY AWARENESS
The Mini Bounce strives to maintain a nut aware environment. While we do not serve products containing nuts, we cannot guarantee that the facility is completely nut free. Guests are asked not to bring food containing nuts or nut products into the facility. Parents and guardians remain responsible for managing their child’s food, allergies and dietary needs.
I understand The Mini Bounce cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment.

A NOTE ABOUT SECURITY CAMERAS
The Mini Bounce uses security cameras in entrances, common areas and play spaces to support the safety and security of our guests, team and facility. Footage may be reviewed when responding to accidents, incidents, safety concerns or unauthorized activity. Security footage will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. The presence of security cameras does not replace active parent or guardian supervision.
I understand and acknowledge the use of security cameras at The Mini Bounce.

PHOTOS AND LITTLE MOMENTS
From time to time, The Mini Bounce may take photos or videos during play sessions, events, activities or photoshoots. These images may be used on our website, social media, printed materials or other promotional content. A child’s full name will never be shared without additional permission.
Do you give permission for your child or children to appear in photos or videos taken by The Mini Bounce for use on our website, social media, printed materials or other promotional content?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless The Mini Bounce, its owners, employees, contractors, agents and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses or causes of action arising from or related to my or my child’s participation in activities at the facility. This includes claims arising from negligence, except where prohibited by law. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mini Bounce from claims, damages, liabilities, costs or legal expenses arising from my or my child’s participation.
I have read, understand and voluntarily agree to this release of liability and indemnification.

ONE WAIVER, FUTURE VISITS
This waiver applies to all future play sessions, parties, events and activities at The Mini Bounce. It will remain in effect until it is revoked in writing or replaced by an updated waiver. This waiver does not cover participation in the Halotherapy Salt Play Room, which requires a separate waiver and health acknowledgment.
I understand that this waiver will apply to future visits to The Mini Bounce.

By signing below, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participating child or children, or that I have the authority to complete this waiver on their behalf. I acknowledge that I have read, understood and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this participation agreement, liability waiver and hold harmless agreement for The Mini Bounce, located at 634 King Street East, Cambridge, Ontario. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights and remedies.
