Antwerp / Ghent · Full-time · Dutch & French
Mission
Become the trusted technical advisor of the Flemish architectural community, Flanders plus the Dutch-speaking agencies of Brussels. Nothing to sell: you advise, unblock and accompany projects from concept to execution, and bring Leko's timber building system into the drawings. Flanders is the largest construction market in Belgium; this is our flagship advisory role.
What you will do
• Advise architects and engineering firms on integrating the Leko building system: design, technical details, structure, acoustics, fire, regulation
• Accompany projects from sketch to execution file; contribute to specifications (bestekken)
• Build lasting trust with the Flemish architecture community: office presentations, trainings, events, factory visits
• Hand over qualified projects to the Key Account Manager – Belgium under explicit, shared handover rules
• Feed field insight back to our R&D and product teams
Who you are
• Ideal profile: ingenieur-architect (ir.-arch.), otherwise an architect with strong technical culture, or a structural / timber engineer with strong architectural sensibility
• 5+ years in an architecture office, engineering firm, or a specification-driven manufacturer
• Knowledge of timber construction (CLT, frame, hybrid) is a major asset
• Fluent Dutch and French, anchored in Flanders
No sales quota on this role: we measure Leko's presence in projects, not signatures.
Why LEKO
To meet humanity's housing needs, the world will have to build, every month for the next fifty years, the equivalent of the surface of New York, while radically decarbonizing buildings and adapting them to a changing climate. It is one of the great industrial equations of the century: build much more, with much less. Less carbon. Less material. Less time. It demands that we reinvent the way we build.
At LEKO Labs, that is what we do. We develop a new generation of building systems made of bio-based materials, digitally designed and manufactured by robots. They replace up to 75% of concrete, use up to 60% less wood than traditional mass-timber solutions, store carbon, and directly integrate the building's insulation.
Produced off-site in Luxembourg, our systems arrive on site ready to assemble. We are turning construction from a site-based process into an industrial one, without standardizing architecture.
Already deployed in Luxembourg, Belgium and France, LEKO is now entering its acceleration phase.
