Thank you for shopping with Avavav.

To start a return, fill out the form below before sending your item back. We'll email you a return shipping label.

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Jewelry can only be returned if it's still sealed in its original plastic bag.

If your item is defective or there's an issue, please email us at cliente@avavav.com with photos and a description of the fault.

If you're based in Stockholm, you're welcome to drop off your return in person at our office: Scheelegatan 26, weekdays 10:00–17:00.
