To create a return, fill out this form before sending your product back and we will email you a return shipping label after submission.

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be unused, postmarked within 14 days of delivery, and in original packaging. Jewelry can only be returned if the item is still in the plastic bag it came in, with an unbroken seal. 

If your item is defective or there is an issue, please send an email to cliente@avavav.com, including photos and a description of the fault.
