31 January 2027.
20% deposit is due by
28 February 2027.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and refund conditions will be governed by the standard travel contract concluded with the travel agency.
If the participant finds a suitable replacement participant who is approved by the organizer and the travel agency, the booking may be transferred to the replacement participant, subject to any applicable costs.
All participants will receive the complete contractual terms and cancellation conditions before entering into the travel contract.
In case of cancellation by the participant:
More than 90 days before the workshop: 50% of the total amount paid is refundable.
60–89 days before the workshop: 25% of the total amount paid is refundable.
Less than 60 days before the workshop: payments are non-refundable.
If the participant finds a replacement participant who meets the workshop requirements and is approved by the organiser, the paid amount may be transferred to the replacement participant, subject to any actual costs incurred for changing flights, accommodation or other bookings.
In case the workshop is cancelled by the organiser due to insufficient participation, 100% of all payments received will be refunded.
