If you take pride in great work, stay organized, and enjoy a job that keeps you moving, this role is for you. We are hiring a Support Specialist to join our team. This is an important, hands-on role that supports every part of Rebel Raw. You keep the behind the scenes engine running so everything comes to life on time.
Mon and Tues: 8 am to 5 pm
Wed and Thur: 8 am to 2 pm
- Aid in preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines
- Monitor and restock packing materials to ensure smooth daily operations
- Organize, stock, and maintain walk-in freezers, ensuring proper rotation and inventory accuracyReceive incoming shipments, inspect deliveries, and properly stock inventory in designated areas
- Safely handle and process raw meat, organs, and produce in accordance with food safety standards
- Operate and assist with commercial grinding and production equipment used to produce all in-house recipes
- Support the full production process, including grinding, portioning, and packaging products
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficiency, quality, and consistency throughout production
- Possess a growth mindset by striving for excellence, taking pride in high-quality work, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes.
- Clean, organize, and sanitize facility to support safe and efficient operations.
- Comfortable with physical work
- Likes to keep moving and prefers standing or walking the majority of the day
- Able to lift 40 to 60 lb for short durations
- Able to work independently at a fast pace, dependable, detail oriented, and takes pride in producing excellent work
- Computer efficiency (we're a Mac shop)
- $17 per hour, paid weekly
- Set Monday through Thursday schedule
