This low-impact, high-intensity workout blends ballet-inspired barre movements with Pilates and yoga to strengthen, tone, and lengthen your body. Set to energizing music, you’ll move through small, isometric exercises designed to target and fatigue specific muscle groups—helping to build core strength, improve posture, and boost overall endurance, all while being gentle on the joints.
