Essential Engine / Five Star Professional needs a Sales Manager to coach inside sales pros in a fast-paced, one-call-close environment. Reps start every day with a full calendar of appointments.
✅ Run call reviews and one-on-ones that build real skills
✅ Use CRM data to coach, not just watch the scoreboard
✅ Help your team hit quota and grow into leaders
You bring: proven quota attainment, coaching or managing experience, B2B or consultative sales (marketing services, advertising, publishing, or PR a plus), and CRM skills.
💰 Base $65K-$75K | OTE $100K-$120K+
