7+ years with the insurance industry as a broker or doing business development/sales through brokers as an insurer
Proven ability to close large, complex deals and exceed sales targets
A network of US brokers, agents, and other key relationships
Tenacious and able to provide clear examples of showing perseverance in leading internal and external stakeholders through a complex sales lifecycle
Committed to solving the climate crisis through practical and scalable means
