Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, ensuring effective budget allocation, bid strategies, and resource management.

Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale, complex paid search campaigns for Google Ads, as well as other paid search platforms (Bing Ads, AI platform ads), ensuring maximum ROI.

Performance Analysis: Analyze large sets of data and extract actionable insights. Identify which campaigns and keywords are driving the most leads and acquisitions and be able to make data-supported decisions to improve KPIs and drive growth.

Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating campaign performance and strategy adjustments during routine meetings and monthly reports.

Team Leadership: Become a foundational component of the agency’s long-term growth and vision. Over time, you will help build out a team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous learning and development.

Project Management Optimization: Develop, refine, and optimize SOPs and project management tools. Your insights and ideas into how operations can be improved will be greatly valued– for paid search and for the agency as a whole. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with paid social, creative, and marketing strategy team members to ensure integrated marketing efforts and alignment with overall brand strategy. Your input on strategy across all paid platforms will be requested. 

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Budget Management: Monitor and manage paid search budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and assisting in profitably scaling accounts that can grow.

Real-Time Dashboard & Reporting Skills: Create meaningful, real-time dashboards and custom reports to help streamline weekly reporting for the client. 

Additional Contributions: Drive results for our clients through other skills you’ve honed, including CRO, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior. We encourage education in your areas of specialization, as well as areas of interest. We seek to make every team member well-rounded and adaptable. 

Qualifications

- 3-5 years in Paid Search performance marketing.

- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and financial growth levers, as well as lead gen appointment-based business KPIs and levers.

- Excellent communication skills with a track record of translating performance data into clear, actionable insights.

- Comfortable managing multiple high-value accounts in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

- Excellent grasp of English, both written and verbal.

- A genuine passion for relationship building and communication.

Compensation

$85,000-$105,000
