The "Big Grip" Diagnostic is to gauge how you show up in the world.

This is not a personality quiz.

It’s a way of looking at how you move through work, responsibility, and follow-through, especially when no one is watching.

Some men already know where they stand. Others haven’t found the language for it yet.

This will give you a starting point.

1. Choose the answer that reflects your day-to-day reality

2. Go with your first honest answer, not the one you think sounds best.

3. Don't overthink it. This is about seeing yourself clearly and recognizing where your opportunities are to stretch and refine yourself and your presence as a man.

This quiz has 18 questions and should take you 5-7 minutes to complete.
