Sales Qualification Specialist (Intro Calls & Routing)

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Sales Qualification Specialist to run our intro + qualification calls, conduct a structured needs analysis using our script, and make clear go/no-go routing decisions. This role is not responsible for pricing or closing—your goal is to qualify leads and hand off sales-ready opportunities to the director for proposal and closing.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound lead intro calls and initial engagement
• Run structured qualification + needs analysis using a provided script
• Identify customer pain points, timeline, budget range (if applicable), decision-makers, and fit
• Apply a clear ICP + qualification framework to decide go/no-go
• Route qualified leads to the director with clean call notes + next-step summary
Maintain accurate tracking in CRM / pipeline sheet (status, notes, outcomes)
Follow up on no-shows and rescheduling to protect pipeline flow
Success Metrics
• % of calls completed vs scheduled
• Qualification accuracy (high-fit leads passed to closing)
• Speed of routing + quality of handoff notes
• Reduced time spent on low-fit calls
Requirements
• Strong spoken English
• Comfortable on video/phone calls and speaking with business owners
• Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and confident
• Organized, fast note-taking, and strong attention to detail
• Calm under pressure + professional client handling
Experience using HubSpot / Notion / Google Sheets
Familiarity with service-based businesses (marketing, digital, consulting)
Experience in lead qualification / SDR / sales support roles
• Basic understanding of F&B, hospitality, or SMB merchants in Singapore
Qualifications
• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident currently enrolled in a local university.
• A diploma/degree in Sales or Business Development
(Candidates without formal certifications but with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Training and scripts will be provided.)
Working Hours • Mondays – Fridays: 9.30am – 6.30pm
• This role is a hybrid (In office/remote days will be re-arranged at the discretion of management)
