• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management with a marketing agency, event company, or advertising firm
• Proven track record in winning new BTL projects, including brand activations, roadshows, in-store promotions, product sampling, experiential campaigns, and field marketing initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, from pitch to execution
• Experience working with high-profile stakeholders across multiple industries (FMCG, retail, technology, automotive, hospitality, etc.)
