Rookids art kits are prepared individually or customized after an order is placed,
with special consideration for children’s safety and hygiene.
Please review the following policy before completing your order:
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds due to change of mind may not be possible.
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once kit preparation or shipping has begun.
- If a product is defective or damaged during delivery, we will assist with an exchange or refund after review.
- For event-based or birthday kits prepared for a specific date,
changes or cancellations may be limited after a certain period prior to the event.
