This questionnaire is part of a master’s thesis at SBS Swiss Business School. The study examines how role clarity and perceived work-role control relate to external job-search behavior among non-managerial B2B sales professionals in Spain.
Participation is voluntary and anonymous. No names, email addresses, company names, or personally identifiable information will be collected. The questionnaire takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete. The data will be used only for academic research purposes.
