Participant information
BiteHelp is evaluating whether its multilingual animal-exposure communication tool helps people understand what to do, communicate with health professionals, and access appropriate care.
This anonymous survey is for adults aged 18 years or older who used BiteHelp because of a real animal exposure affecting themselves or someone they were helping.
The survey asks about travel, the animal exposure, use of BiteHelp, and any care received. Some questions will appear only when relevant. Do not enter your name, phone number, passport number, exact address, or other identifying information.
Participation is voluntary. Choosing not to participate will not affect access to BiteHelp. This survey does not provide medical advice. Seek qualified medical care promptly after a potentially risky animal exposure.
