Eligibility - your organization must meet all three- Organization type: you are one of the eligible innovation stakeholder types listed in the eligible organizations below:
- Innovation stakeholder: An organization or institution that provides essential resources, mentorship, and support to founders and startups, helping them launch, scale, and succeed. For this pilot, an eligible innovation stakeholder delivers that support through a structured cohort or program for founders and startups. Eligible organization types, drawn from the CARIBEquity 2025 ecosystem assessment (scroll to Caribbean Innovation Ecosystem Assessment), are ecosystem support organizations (accelerators, incubators, and innovation hubs), government agencies, financial institutions, innovation networks and communities, academia, innovation programs, venture studios and NGOs. The binding requirement across all types is that they are innovation focused and run a structured cohort or program for founders and startups.
- Startup: An early-stage, innovation-led company focused on scalable, growth-oriented business models.
- Founder: An entrepreneur who establishes and leads a startup, bringing innovative solutions to life.
- Cohort or program: A structured, time-bound group of founders or startups an organization supports together through a defined program of activities.
