We've arranged 7-seater pickups from your accommodation to the venue in the afternoon before the ceremony, and shuttles back at the end of the night.

⚠️ Important — new EU border rules (please read)

Europe's new Entry/Exit System (EES) went live on 10 April 2026. If you're flying in from outside the EU (UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.), here's what's changed:

- On your first arrival into the Schengen area, border officers will take a photo of your face and your fingerprints. This replaces the old passport stamp.

- Allow extra time on arrival. Lisbon Airport in particular has had longer-than-usual queues since the rollout. We'd suggest building in at least an extra hour beyond your usual buffer.

- Portugal supports the new "Travel to Europe" app (free on the App Store / Google Play). Up to 72 hours before you fly, you can scan your passport, take a selfie, and answer a few quick questions in the app, then your details are ready to go when you reach the border.
