How projects are selected
Selection is made by sole discretion; applying does not guarantee an allocation of books
We aim to ensure a fair geographic spread and to allocate books across a range of different settingsOVOJ reserves the right to award fewer books than requested, or to offer a different title than applied for, based on availability and fit
Applicant commitments
Books must be used for the stated purpose in the application, not resold or redistributed for commercial gain
All organisations receiving books agree to provide feedback
Delivery
OVOJ will arrange delivery to the address provided; applicants are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
OVOJ is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party couriers once dispatched
Data and privacy
Information provided will be used to assess applications and arrange delivery, in line with OVOJ's
privacy policy
Photos, quotes, or updates shared as part of the pledge may be used in OVOJ's own communications, with credit given unless requested otherwise
Safeguarding
Applicants working with children or vulnerable adults confirm they have appropriate safeguarding policies in place for their own delivery of the books/activities
