By participating in the Oakley Winter Giveaway, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The promotion is open to all Whakapapa guests and staff who purchase an eligible Oakley product from the Whakapapa Retail Shop between 22 August 2026 and 5 September 2026. To enter, customers must complete the online entry form and upload a copy of their purchase receipt. One entry is permitted per eligible purchase. Entries must be submitted before 11:59pm on 5 September 2026. Five winners will be selected. Prizes will be allocated at Whakapapa's discretion, with higher-value purchases eligible for higher-value prizes. The prize pool consists of Oakley products supplied by Oakley. Prizes are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be substituted unless required by Whakapapa or Oakley. Winners will be drawn and contacted by 11 September 2026 using the contact details provided in their entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven days, Whakapapa reserves the right to redraw the prize. Winners must collect their prize in person from the Whakapapa Retail Shop. Prizes will not be shipped or delivered. Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for administering the competition and will be handled in accordance with Whakapapa's Privacy Policy. Whakapapa reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and proof of purchase and may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. Whakapapa reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary. Whakapapa's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
