EME Accelerator is designed to support visionary deep-tech startups that have developed an MVP and are ready to scale - supporting revenue growth and investment readiness - empowering the technology-driven founders operating in the following focus areas:

Electronics Hardware & Embedded Systems, Semiconductors & Microelectronics, AI & Edge Computing, IoT / IIoT, Industry 4.0, Robotics & Smart Systems, Smart Mobility & Automotive Tech, Bioelectronics & MedTech Devices, and Power Electronics & Energy Technologies.

EME Accelerator offers a unique opportunity for Egypt's selected startups to accelerate their ventures through dedicated support from experts from Europe's leading innovation ecosystem in Munich. The selected startups will receive:

◾️ Advanced technical support, mentoring, tailored one-on-one coaching and consultation delivered by international venture building experts.
◾️ Exposure to European best practices in deep-tech commercialisation, technology transfer, and industrial collaboration.
◾️ Access to specialised technical labs, facilities, and prototyping resources in addition to the co-working space at the Imhotob Innovation Hub at Knowledge City.
◾️ Support in market validation, product refinement, and go-to-market strategy.
◾️ Connection to the Munich academic and innovation ecosystem.
◾️ Tailored matchmaking activities between startups and relevant stakeholders from Europe and the MENA region.

Before you begin with the application, here is some important information for you: 
🔋 This acceleration program is designed for later-stage deep-tech startups (electronics, hardware, industry 4.0) based in Egypt.
➡️ After the application period closes, it will take us a few weeks to evaluate all submissions. The interviews will take place in May 2026, 2-3 weeks before the program kick-off in Cairo!
🗓️ The program will run for 6 months starting from June 2026, and will require approximately 3-6 hours of investment per week. 
Mandatory events include:
2 days in Cairo: kick-off event in Cairo, and first group sessions 
2 days in Cairo: Group working sessions
Online mentoring sessions
1 day in Cairo: Final demo-day with investor pitches
