BOTTLE ALLEY ART MARKET 2026  APPLICATION FORM DEADLINE: 15/06/26

This application form is to take part in Bottle Alley Art Market (BAAM) 2026 being held on Saturday 29th August between 10am-6pm. 
The fee for each artist area is £60 plus 20% commission on sales (inc. bank transaction fees and all processing). We are also offering up to 10 free spaces, on request, to younger local low/ no income artists, under 25 years old, needing some assistance with their application costs. Please mention in the 'Bio'  section of the application form if you would like to be considered.
The fee has risen by £10 but the commission percentage remains the same as the previous 2 years. This slight rise in the table fee unfortunately has to reflect the year on year increase in costs for the event.
The aim of the BAAM team is to create a non-profit, self-sustaining annual event accessible to all.

The fees cover the following services:

- 4 metre wide and 1.5 meter deep beach side exhibition space in Hastings famous Bottle Alley
- Trestle Table 
- Ceiling/ wall hooks and rope for hanging artworks as last year
- Sales transaction handling/ processing facilities
- Security and assistance
- Promotion of your work via the BAAM channels 
- Marketing and PR support

Artist areas are the width between 2 Bottle Alley columns to exhibit and sell work. Artists can display artworks in any format, curatorial advice may be provided for any images considered offensive or explicit.  

This is an inclusive open call to all and the BAAM team encourage all ages and levels of experience to apply. There is no fee to apply, only successful applicants will be charged.
