Chavez Photography Rep Team Application

The Chavez Photography Rep Team is an exclusive experience designed for students who want more than a traditional senior session. Throughout the year, team members will participate in creative photo shoots, build friendships, and help represent Chavez Photography while documenting their high school journey.

Participation in the program is limited, and applications will be carefully reviewed before selections are made.

Team Benefits Include

•A mandatory Meet & Greet at the beginning of the year to introduce team members and review expectations
•Two full solo sessions of your choice (travel included within a 100-mile radius of La Junta) •One specialty/hobby mini session that highlights your interests, sports, clubs, livestock projects, hobbies, or other activities that make you unique •One prom or formal session •Multiple group sessions throughout the school year •Custom Chavez Photography Rep Team merchandise •A personalized photo book at the end of the year •Additional gifts and surprises throughout the year

Junior Ambassador Opportunity

Current juniors who are selected for the team will receive a $100 credit toward their Senior Rep Team experience the following year when they return as seniors.

Investment

The Chavez Photography Rep Team experience is $750.

Payment Options

•Option 1: Pay in Full

One payment of $750 due upon acceptance into the team.

•Option 2: Payment Plan

$200 due upon acceptance into the team $250 due in November $250 due in February


Payment Policy

Payment deadlines must be met in order to continue participating in the program and receive photographs, products, and other included benefits. If a payment is not received by its due date, no services, images, products, or sessions will be delivered until the account is brought current, unless other arrangements have been discussed and approved by the photographer in advance.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Chavez Photography Rep Team. Selected applicants will be contacted directly after applications have been reviewed.

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Chavez Photography Rep Team. If selected, I am committing to participate in team activities and communicate in a timely manner throughout the year. The total investment for the Chavez Photography Rep Team is $750. I am responsible for selecting and adhering to my chosen payment option. Payments are non-refundable. Failure to make payments by the agreed-upon due dates may result in suspension from team activities and the withholding of photographs, galleries, products, merchandise, and other included benefits until the account is brought current. Any alternative payment arrangements must be approved by the photographer in advance. Participation in the program is contingent upon remaining current on all financial obligations. Current juniors selected for the team will receive a $100 credit toward their Senior Rep Team experience the following year when returning as seniors.
