For nearly 70 years, Anytown Leadership Program has been embracing, educating and empowering young leaders to build more inclusive communities across Arizona. We're looking for new board members to help lead that work forward.

Anytown is in a season of growth, with new initiatives on the horizon and more young people to reach. We're looking for energetic, visionary leaders who bring an equity and racial justice lens to everything they do. Board members serve two-year terms.

Our board is built on shared leadership, transparency, authentic relationships, room to grow, and self-care and wellness. We keep our culture positive and supportive, and we celebrate our wins along the way. If those values speak to you, we'd love to hear from you.

To reflect the youth and communities we serve, we strongly encourage BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) candidates, people who have been socialized as or identify as women, people from historically or systemically oppressed faith groups, LGBTQ+ folks, and especially Black trans and nonbinary folks to apply.
