NOC Analyst (1st line) – monitoring networks and alerts, escalating faults

IT Apprenticeship – earn while you train, usually with a qualification included

2nd Line Support Engineer – only select if you already have 1st line experience

This programme focuses on entry-level and 2nd line roles. If you're aiming for cyber security, cloud or development, the most common route in is through one of the roles above, and we'll cover this on your call.
