This is a technical, systems-focused role responsible for improving operational efficiency by reducing manual work, standardizing processes, and enhancing visibility across case management.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience customizing Filevine and understands how to translate legal workflows into scalable systems. This role works closely with legal and operations teams to ensure the platform supports efficient case handling from intake through resolution.
