This agreement authorizes Hopscotch & Honey to sell items on the consignor's behalf. Complete all blanks and selections before signing. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

1. Ownership

The consignor confirms they own the items and authorizes Hopscotch & Honey to sell them. Items must be clean, in saleable condition, and free of known defects. The shop may decline unsuitable items.

2. Pricing Acknowledgment

Please Acknowledge All Three Statements

Hopscotch & Honey determines item pricing based on current resale market value, brand, condition, and demand.

Resale prices may be lower than the original purchase price or the consignor's expected value.

By consigning, you acknowledge and accept that Hopscotch & Honey sets the listing price, which may be lower than your personal estimate.

3. Sales Split and Payment

The consignor receives 40% and Hopscotch & Honey keeps 60% of the actual item sale price. For example, a $10 item sale gives the consignor $4 and the shop $6.

I understand that Hopscotch & Honey cannot guarantee that every item will sell.

Earnings may be used toward purchases from our online shop or paid out by e-transfer upon request. Payouts will be sent within 7 business days of receiving your request and apply only to items that have sold and been paid for.

4. Consignment Period and Unsold Items

What To Do With Unsold Items?

The 90-day consignment period begins on the date your accepted items are first listed for sale.

Items that don't meet our guidelines, or remain unsold after 90 days, can be returned to you or donated. Items selected for return must be collected within 30 days of receiving written notice that they are ready for pickup. Items not collected within that time will be donated unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

Return unsold items at the end of the 90-day consignment period.
