Tok Step Agency is hiring a Creator Content Strategist to design, structure, and scale organic creator-led content systems for e-commerce brands. This role is responsible for transforming short-form content into a measurable growth engine — driving retention, engagement, community loyalty, and revenue impact. We are looking for someone who understands how content becomes infrastructure — not noise. Role Objective The Creator Content Strategist will: i: Architect structured organic content ecosystems ii: Build repeatable, scalable content formats iii: Align creator output with brand positioning iv: Translate audience psychology into content strategy v: Connect content performance with revenue growth
This is a strategy-led role with ownership of execution and accountability for performance.

2️⃣ Creator-Led Content Strategy i: Define how creators represent the brand ii: Develop briefing frameworks that preserve authenticity iii: Balance entertainment, authority, and conversion iv: Ensure content feels native to the platform
The goal is not promotional content — it is trusted, culturally relevant content. 3️⃣ Performance-Led Optimisation
