Meditation and Work Retreat Interest Form

Hello! This is an interest form for the very (very (very)) early stages of planning a "meditation + work" retreat. I envision something like 2-6 hours of meditation per day with a solid 4-6 hours of good deep work a day. A lot of it will use the Attention Copilot method under the hood (ie. dropping down into emotions or up into metacognition when the work is challenging; doing the most important thing and facing avoidance).
