The Elite Membership entitles the member to three (3) coached sessions per week.
- Training Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Training Hours: 19:00 – 21:00.
- Curriculum: High-skills technical boxing, fitness & conditioning, and supervised sparring.
SBA operates as a specialist organization within Body Elite.
- Access Limitation: Gym access and use of equipment are strictly limited to the designated class times (19:00 – 21:00). Members are not permitted to use the facility outside of these hours under the SBA membership agreement.
- Security & Biometrics: Access is controlled via a fingerprint biometric system. It is the member's responsibility to have their fingerprint captured by the facility management during their first week. Access will only be active during the 19:00 – 21:00 window.
For hygiene, safety, and professional standards, SBA does not provide personal protective equipment.
- Mandatory Gear: Every member is required to purchase and bring their own handwraps and boxing gloves to every session.
- Safety Gear: For sparring sessions, a mouthguard and headgear are highly recommended and may be made mandatory at the coach's discretion.
- Maintenance: Members are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of their own gear.
Boxing is a discipline-based sport.
- Orderly Conduct: Members must follow all coaching instructions immediately. Uncontrolled aggression, ego-driven sparring, or disrespect toward fellow members or staff will not be tolerated.
- Right of Removal: SBA reserves the right to remove any member from a class or terminate their membership immediately, without refund, for misconduct, bullying, or any behavior that compromises the safety and professional environment of the class.
- Payment: Membership fees are payable in advance on the 1st of each month via Paystack. - Notice Period: To support the organization's growth and planning, a 30-day written notice is required for all membership cancellations.
- Due Date: All membership fees are due on the 1st of each month.
- Grace Period: A grace period is provided until the 3rd of the month.
- Penalty: Any payment received after the 3rd, or any payment that fails due to insufficient funds (bounced), will incur a non-refundable R150 penalty fee.
- Access Suspension: Failure to settle the monthly fee and the penalty by the 5th of the month will result in the immediate deactivation of the member's biometric (fingerprint) access until the account is settled in full.
By signing this agreement, the member reaffirms their acceptance of the SBA Liability & Indemnity Waiver, acknowledging the risks associated with high-skills training and sparring.
