2. Terms & Conditions

NASA Space Apps Account & Online Registration:

I authorize the minor to register and participate in events and activities hosted or organized by our organization, including the use of official event websites, tools, and platforms.

Supervision Requirement:

On-Site Events: For participants under 18 attending in-person events, a parent or legal guardian must be present on-site for the entire duration of the event unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organizers.

Online Events: Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising the minor's online participation and activities.

Communication Channels Consent:

Official event communications, team coordination, and announcements take place via official channels (including WhatsApp groups, official email, and event platforms). If the minor joins an official WhatsApp communication group, the parent or legal guardian must also join the group.

Media & Photo Release:

I grant permission to the organizing team to use event-related photos, video recordings, or screenshots featuring the minor for promotional, marketing, and reporting purposes on official channels (such as LinkedIn, website, and promotional materials).

Emergency Medical Treatment Authorization (On-Site):

In the event of an emergency or medical situation during an on-site event, I authorize the event staff and crew to seek necessary first aid or medical attention for the minor if I am not immediately reachable.

Data Privacy & Liability:

Personal data collected via this form will be used strictly for event administration and safety purposes in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws (nDSG). The organizers hold no liability for personal property loss or injury resulting from failure to comply with event guidelines or safety rules.
