Head of TikTok & Affiliate Marketing

Job Summary:

Permanent employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
We are seeking a Head of TikTok & Affiliate to own TikTok and affiliate marketing as revenue-driving channels for a direct-to-consumer gifting brand. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for channel strategy, creative execution, creator and affiliate partnerships, paid amplification, TikTok Shop, and overall commercial performance.

The ideal candidate has proven experience growing TikTok and affiliate programs for DTC e-commerce brands and is comfortable building processes, testing quickly, and making decisions based on revenue, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin.
