1. What problem, opportunity, or unmet need do you feel compelled to work on?

Describe the challenge, opportunity, or area of work you believe matters deeply for Israel and the world. This could involve an initiative you want to start yourself, a field you want to help shape, an institution you think should exist, or a problem you believe deserves far more attention and effort. What do you believe should exist in the world that does not exist today? What change do you hope to help create?

2. Why are you passionate about solving it - and what makes you the right person to work on it?

What is it that makes this matter to you -- and why is it that you believe your life has led you to take this topic on? Or are there other topics that matter, too, and you believe by addressing this one you could help solve other issues? Please let us know who you are and why you're dedicated to aiding Israel in this way.

3. What would a year long entrepreneurial residency do to help you work towards solving the problem - and how would that benefit Israel and Israeli society?

Why is it you're applying for an EIR position and not a regular job in an organization in this field? How do you believe the EIR opportunity will help you help Israel and Israeli society?
