The MPP Hackathon is a week-long, on-site builder event at Futura Camp 2026 – Berlin's popup village of builders, researchers, and founders across Ethereum, AI, and the agent economy.
Accepted hackers receive a free full ticket to Futura Camp (valued at €750), covering the entire event and programming from June 13–22 at Funkhaus Berlin.
Hackathon timeline:
> June 16 (2 PM): MPP Workshop
> June 16 (3 PM): Kick-off
> June 20 (9 AM): Submission Deadline
> June 20 (9 AM - 12 PM): Presentations & judging
> June 20 (3 PM): Ceremony
Attendance of the events above is mandatory.
€15,000 in prize money will awarded by a judging committee.
The hackathon is sponsored by Tempo and focused on MPP (machine payment protocol), the infrastructure layer for agent-to-agent payments and AI-native money movement. You don't need to be an MPP expert to apply, there will be a workshop onsite to learn about it.
