BOOKING AGREEMENT:
By submitting this booking request, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received
- The remaining balance is due during the week of your event. If payment is not received by the due date, Pretty Little Party reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- A delivery and/or travel fee may apply for events located outside our standard service area. Any applicable fee will be discussed and approved before your booking is finalized.
- Once decorations have been delivered and/or installed, Pretty Little Party is not responsible for any damage, loss, or accidents caused by weather, venue conditions, guests, children, or other circumstances beyond our control.
