Please read these instructions carefully before filling out the registration form. Completing the form accurately and fully is essential for your application to be considered.
Provide Accurate Information
- Answer all questions truthfully and completely.
- Short or incomplete answers, may reduce your chances of selection.
- Enter your full name exactly as it appears in your passport. This is important for invitation letter, official documentation and certificate.
Processing Fee
A non-refundable fee of €14.99 is charged upon submission. This fee covers administrative costs for reviewing your application.

Flexible Payment Options

Selected participants will be required to pay an initial 30% of the participation fee upon acceptance. To support accessibility and commitment, participants will then be given additional time to raise the remaining 70% through personal savings, sponsorships, or fundraising activities. This approach allows applicants to plan and secure the necessary funds while ensuring their participation in the program. Clear deadlines and guidelines will be provided to help participants manage their fundraising process effectively.
