By submitting this form and signing below, I agree to the following terms regarding my volunteer service with Uniquely Blondiee Event

Professionalism & Presentation

As a volunteer, I am a face of the event. I agree to show up on time for the event, dress in a clean and professional manner, and treat all guests, vendors, and team members with respect.

Charity Auction Support

I understand that these events feature a special silent auction to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and I agree to perform my assigned tasks enthusiastically to help make this specific fundraising initiative a success.

Liability Release

I acknowledge that volunteering at an event involves physical activity (standing, walking, or helping with decor setup). I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Uniquely Blondiee Events, its co-owners, and the respective host venues from any and all liability for personal injury, illness, or property damage that may occur during my volunteer shift.

Attendance Commitment

I understand that the success of the event relies heavily on my attendance. If an emergency arises and I am no longer able to make the event, I will notify the event management team at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
