2026 Macquarie LEADS High School Externship Application Form

The Macquarie LEADS Externship Program is a five-week hybrid career development experience (July 6, 2026 - August 7, 2026) designed to support first-generation college-bound rising high school seniors.

Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and professional development, externs will gain valuable exposure to Macquarie and the financial services industry while strengthening key career and college readiness skills.

This program is for current high school juniors (graduating Class of 2027) who are:

✅ Curious about careers in business & finance (no prior knowledge required!)

✅ Motivated to build professional skills and gain hands-on exposure to a corporate environment

✅ Enrolled in a high school in either NYC, Houston, or Jacksonville (not just living there over the summer) and able to attend all in-person sessions

Students will also receive a $1,000 educational stipend for participating in this externship!
