1. Submission Review All tracks submitted are subject to review.
We work with a limited number of artists at a time and reserve the right to decide which tracks we move forward with for radio pitching. Submission does not guarantee selection. 2. No Guarantee of Airplay or Placement While we focus on creating real opportunities, we do not guarantee radio airplay, playlisting, or any specific outcome. 3. Track Requirements All submitted music must be: • Radio-ready • Professionally recorded in a studio • Properly mixed and mastered We reserve the right not to proceed with submissions that do not meet these standards. 4. Scope of Service This service is limited to radio pitching only. We are not artist managers, publicists, or record labels, and we do not provide additional services such as career management, marketing strategy, or distribution unless explicitly agreed in writing. 5. Rights and Ownership You confirm that: • You own or control the necessary rights to the music submitted • You have the authority to grant permission for the track to be shared with radio stations All rights to your music remain fully yours. 6. Use of Submitted Material Your music will only be used for the purpose of radio pitching. We will not: • Distribute, sell, or exploit your music • Use your music for any other purpose without your permission 7. Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting your music. 8. Communication If your track is selected, we will contact you using the details provided in your submission. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in place at the time of your submission will apply.
