What is the People Ops Book Club?

We are a modern learning community for HR and People Leaders who want to stay ahead of workplace trends and build organizations where people and performance thrive.
We read impactful books, have meaningful conversations, and explore ideas that shape how work actually happens.
This is a space for people who support everyone else at work.

How This Works

Each quarter, the community votes on the topics for the next three months.

Books are then curated based on those topics to ensure they are practical, discussion-worthy, and relevant to real work.

This keeps the experience consistent, while still being shaped by the people in it.
