VC Analyst Intern - Opera Tech Ventures
Launched in Paris in 2018, Opera Tech Ventures is the Venture Capital arm of the BNP Paribas Group, dedicated to supporting the global transformation of the financial industry.
We invest in entrepreneurs and start-ups that transform the face of finance, on a wide range of sectors: Fintech, Insurtech, Sustainable Finance, Proptech, Mobility tech…
We invest €3m-€15m tickets from Series A to Series C with a global reach (Europe, Americas, Asia). We invested in the past 5 years into 20+ companies (including 2 exited unicorns) and typically perform 4-5 investments per year.
We are a team of 5 investment professionnals, located in Paris and Amsterdam and are looking for a VC analyst to assist our growing team as of January 2027.
- Remuneration: competitive
The analyst will assist the investment team along the entire investment process, including:
- Sourcing: screen the ecosystem to find the best entrepreneurs & startups, perform market deep dives
- Deal flow management: evaluate pitch decks, assess investment opportunities
- Opportunity analysis: assist the team in commercial and tech due diligences, perform financial analysis
- Assist the team in day-to-day operations: CRM management, process propositions, portfolio monitoring
