First of all, we are sincerely sorry that you have a reason to complain. This is definitely not the standard we set for ourselves here at SOCIAL IRONY. We know that filing a claim is a hassle, so we want to keep the process as quick and painless as possible for you.

To help our support team understand exactly what went wrong, we need a little help from you. Please upload clear photos of the issue using the form below. Unfortunately, without this visual evidence, our system technically cannot process your request.

Send us 2-3 pictures of the defective item please:

⚠️ If available, the photo should also show the ID tag (the white sticker with the QR code on the product) so that we can clearly identify and track the issue using the unique product ID.
