1. Registration & Commitment
By registering for any class or package, you confirm your intention to attend and agree to pay in full for the session(s) selected. Your registration secures your spot and allows us to confirm venue bookings. We rely on registrations to cover venue costs — no-shows still incur payment.
2. Pricing
Drop-in (single class): $30 per session.
Full series (all 6 classes): $120 — best value, paid in full at registration.
3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchased classes or packages, including cases of illness, personal scheduling conflicts, or missed classes. If you are unable to attend a session you have paid for, that session is forfeited.
4. Schedule & Cancellations by Organiser
Classes run every Sunday from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, from 13 April to 27 May 2025, except 17 April. If a class is cancelled by Samba Elegancia (e.g. due to venue issues), a make-up class or credit will be offered. No cash refunds will be issued for organiser cancellations beyond one session.
5. Behaviour & Participation
Participants are expected to be respectful of instructors, fellow students, and the venue. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the class without refund if their conduct is disruptive or unsafe.
6. Health & Liability
By attending, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in dance classes. Samba Duo Elegancia is not liable for any injury sustained during class. Please inform your instructor of any pre-existing conditions before your first session.
7. Photography
We may occasionally take photos or videos during class for promotional use on social media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know before class.
