Solo-run Business Diagnostic

Something in your business is not working — and you already know it. What you probably don't know yet is exactly which part, and why. Most solo-run service businesses are not failing because of effort. They are failing because it was never properly designed — and working harder cannot compensate for that.

This diagnostic shows you exactly where your business is losing performance — and which part to fix first. It covers the three systems every solo-run service business depends on: how your business is positioned and priced, how it operates day-to-day, and how it converts attention into revenue.

How to answer: The assessment has 24 questions, presented one at a time. Each question has four possible answers — choose the one that most accurately reflects how things actually are in your business right now, not how you'd like them to be, and not on a good day. There are no right or wrong answers. The more honest you are, the more accurate and useful your results will be. It takes around 20 minutes to complete.
